At Esterel Spa we have chosen Pevonia because their treatments and products have the ability to soothe, relax and rejuvenate, while producing highly visible results for all skin types
Reservations and Cancellation
Credit or debit card details are required to secure an appointment. If you need to cancel or change your appointment we require 24 hours notice to avoid a full charge for the treatment and one weeks notice for Esterel Packages. Pre-payment is required for all Spa Packages.
Arrival
We request that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to ensure that we can take your details. Please note that it may not be possible to accommodate late arrivals.
Contra-Indications
Please be aware that some treatments may not be suitable for clients with certain conditions. To avoid disappointment and for your own comfort please check the treatments sections.
Etiquette
As a courtesy to other clients and to preserve the peace of the Spa we request that clients switch off their mobile phones.
Courses
Courses are available on all treatments, please enquire at reception.
Gift Vouchers
We offer gift vouchers which can be redeemed against any of our treatments. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within six months of their purchase date.
